Local Leadership Strategy Group

‘Learning, Leading & Growing’

The role of the Local Leadership Strategy Group (LLSG) is to ensure that every congregation is served by a trained leader. It aims to understand the needs of local congregations and provide appropriate training and facilitation to strengthen spiritual communities. It oversees a Services Pool of trainers and facilitators who have volunteered to make this happen. LLSG's responsibilities cover three main areas:

•     Education and Training for individuals
•     Facilitation Services for local congregations
•     Information and Resources for all

Part of our remit is a Resource and Information initiative to spread the word about existing programmes and materials. We will also highlight new training opportunities and services that will be developed in the future.
