If you do not have a user account, please contact us to request one.
Accounts must use a unique email address in order to link in to our database. This means each person booking must have a different email address. Shared email addresses such as ‘thesmiths@fictional.com’ should not be used. Please note that this also applies for children’s bookings.
If you need an additional email address, there are a number of places to obtain a free email account, such as Google Mail, Yahoo Mail and many others.
