The General Assembly of Unitarian and Free Christian Churches was established in 1928. Ever since then – or rather since the new arrangements bedded down with the completion of a full year in 1930 – its Annual Meetings, held in different locations up and down the country, have passed resolutions.
Over the years, resolutions have covered topics including:
- Animal Welfare

- Criminal Justice and Penal Policy
- Denominational Issues
- Drink and Drugs
- Ecumenism and Interfaith
- Education
- Environment
- Gambling
- Health
- Minority Rights & Racial Justice
- Peace and Disarmament
- Religious Freedom
- Sexuality
- Social Policy
- International and World Development
- Unemployment
- Women’s Rights
