It is with sadness that we report that Geoffrey Head of Hale, Cheshire, died last night (Wednesday), 5 November 2014 , following a fall at home. Geoffrey was an Honorary Member of the General Assembly and was Treasurer of the General Assembly from 1979 to 1998.
He made a significant contribution to Unitarianism in Great Britain and indeed in other parts of the world, particularly India. When we have more information on funeral arrangements these shall be circulated.

General Assembly President 2015/2016 We are pleased to announce that Rev John Clifford will be nominated at the forthcoming Annual Meetings for the position of President of the General Assembly for 2015/2016. Born and trained in the United States John moved to the UK in 1970 and ministered with churches in England, Scotland and Wales as well as spending 13 years working at Essex Hall. He has also extensive experience of international engagement through the ICUU and the IARF.
